Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation email is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes by region are:
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Canada: 12–22 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
- Australia: 10–18 business days
- New Zealand: 10–18 business days
These are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside of our control. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause additional delays beyond these estimates.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 10 business days after your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@pawooga.com with your name and order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery region and displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
International Orders — Duties & Taxes
PAWOOGA ships to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost displayed at checkout. PAWOOGA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
